(keitai-l) keitai to be usable on all subway stations

Hello

From tomorrow, keitai(excluding FOMA) to be usable at 
all the subway stations. At present keitai can be 
used only at select stations. 

This reduces the common (i was on a subway) excuse 
i believe.....
