(keitai-l) Ezweb Mail Troubles

HI,
recently , we can not send e-mails from internet to Ezweb users, does
anyone has same problem?  
it is like KDDI mail server has high loads or something and connection
just dies of timeouts, trying to connect to SMTP port.
