That is a great observation. I've felt the same way although I'm not sure if
Docomo if consciously using the "embrace and extend" and "lost formatting"
strategy" used so effectively by Microsoft to lock people in and/or get them
to upgrade to the next version of Word/Excel/Access/IE, etc. but this could
be a very effective strategy for them.
