Hi Dirk
This is true in a ideal world but in reality Microsoft, Nokia and most=20=

of the JP
operators have been building barriers to avoid their customer switching.

Of course this is not going to create a perfect market where competition
is free and you are able to buy the product you prefer with very low
switching costs.
