Mario: yes there is something like that. Not exactly what you say,
but there are several reward schemes by DoCoMo for frequent usage,
multiple subscription discounts etc. Some of it is a loyality scheme
with increasing discounts with subscription time, other schemes
are points, like frequent flyer points. C-Mode also has it's own
reward program, Disney also has etc.
Loyalty/CRM programs are very common in Japan, and that includes
imode, and imode service providers.
However, there is no direct credit to the phone bill itself.
