The epicenter was over 100 km (302km) away so we here are speculating that
Nooper was set to a 100km or 200km limit. That's our guess. We've had a lot
of debate about it here (as to why it didn't Noopie the subscribers). We also
thought that maybe the server was in Sendai and so it went down.
(I got it from Reuters linked from NYTimes.com... same as you)
I was in the toilet at the time.... I seriously liked the swaying effect as I was flushing.
I wondered if the toilet would flush or not. It did.
Enough of my babbling.
So Juergen.... what's the verdict? Why didn't it send?
