(keitai-l) DoCoMo's 64k PHS thingy

Hey everyone,

Anyone here use DoCoMo's 64k PHS internet card that they have been
advertising lately?  I have the Air-H" thing right now, but might upgrade.

Air-H" runs at 32k/s on their unlimited use plan at 5000 yen a month or
whatever it is.

Does docomo's 64k card have an unlimited plan?  Do you actually get to use
64k, or do they cut the speed down like Air-H" does?
