I'm doing some dev for a GX-10 like device, and wondering if anyone knows
issues related to the MA2 sound driver. Basically the carrier supplied java
emulator at startup:
java.lang.RunTimeException: SoundPlayer cannot be initialized
however, the standalone yamaha tools/player are working OK.
the emulator also works on other PCs.
other apps run fine in the emulator (that don't use audio)
So I think the interface to the MA2 driver in this particular emulator
basically doesn't work with the soundcard on this PC, although according to
XP all is well...
there are probably only two other people in the world who have had this
experience and i hope one of them is on this list with an answer :-)
