Hi
To clarify, I mean a direct, permanent, network connection into an office
or home in Japan.
It must have a static ip.
It must be with a provider whose addresses are not blocked by the keitai
networks.
It must be reasonably fast (real world 400kbyte/s or more.)
I have a box at rackspace for websites.
regards
Nick
