Topic: Cheapest static IP address provider that is not blocked by
ezweb/docomo/jphone.

I pay 7205/month to OCN for a single static address. The ADSL line costs
about 500Oyen as I have a dedicated line. As far as I know it is not
blocked to the big 3 keitai networks....

I doubt it is the cheapest - does anyone know of cheaper options that
satisfy the "not blocked" criterion.... ?
