I'd start by looking at your own system:
1) Make sure reverse DNS is enabled. This is almost mandatory nowadays
as many companies just assume (rightly or wrongly) that those not enabling
reverse DNS to be spammers with the result of your mail being refused.
2) Look to see if you are on any of the black hole lists. I'd start with
Realtime Blackhole List (RBL) at mail-abuse.org and
then you can look at others like SpamCop Blacklist and Spamhaus Block List.
If you are on the lists, find out why and work to get off.
3) Contact the company that is blocking you:
