Can someone give me some feedback on the CMX 2.1 technology from Qualcomm and the licensee Faith Inc ( Japanese company www.faith-inc.com)

I know that Christan Molestrom from LightSurf was talking about this technology.    

Does anyone have used Faith Inc.'s product that works with the CMX 2.1 technology ?    

Are there other licensees' from with products that use CMX 2.1 technology ?

Can someone give an honest opionion about the CMX 2.1 implemention ?
