We use iCal and iSync but only for Mac to Mac synchronisation. With so
many free / open WiFi networks around, I have never had the compulsion
to buy the bluetooth button for my iBook so I am not sure what
bluetooth phone drivers are included with OS X.
iSync uses the SyncML standard (http://www.syncml.org/) to speak to
mobile devices and while some newer phones outside Japan speak SyncML,
the Sony bluetooth model here doesn't appear to. I suspect the only
Sony brought it to market was to compliment their bluetooth VAIO.
