charge. They do, however, get 91% of the information/content charge. =
For example:
A user subscribes to a news site. The content subscription charge is =
300 yen per month. The content providers gets 91% of this money. In =
order to view the content the user has to pay a charge for each packet =
of data they transfer. The content provider does not recieve any of =
that money.
The content provider gets a good deal. Unfortunately the user has to =
pay both content and data transmittion charges. I-mode is not cheap!
