except at the bottom of the table:

file size:
download - max 240 KB (up to 1 min, depending on the content)
short streaming - max 140 KB (???)
e-mail attached - max 100 KB (near 25 sec)
I don't think streaming video will become popular before
the packet charge falling to a fraction of the prices now,
say to below JPY 0.5/KB.
