(keitai-l) possible to sell old keitai?

i recently upgraded to the docomo 504i series at yodobashi camera, and was 
allowed to keep my old keitai, n503i.  is it possible to sell/give it to 
someone who has a much older docomo phone and somehow transfer ownership to 
them?  does docomo have any restrictions against this?
