There's tons of desktop apps to read address books from almost any Japanese mobile phone.
Try Ketai-Edi or Source Next's Keitai something or other or one of the others. They work
great and have been around for years.
You need a serial port or USB cable (the software usually comes with it).
I can't 100% guarantee they work with the N503 in particular
because there are so many phones and of course a few exceptions but the N503
is very popular so I'd say yes.
You may also need a Japanese OS.... I only use Japanese OSes (except once in awhile I use
others) so I don't know if it installs on an English system or not. (If you don't
read Japanese, you'll need either a Japanese friend to help or you can
guess what to do which is fun).
The key thing to remember is to figure out your keitai pin before you use the
program to save yourself a little time.
