David,
movie sha-mail is based on the Nancy codec, wheras i-motion is MPEG-4. I
don't think a converter between the two formats exists (yet).
On the Nancy/Office Noa website, you can download the Windows Nancy player,
that allows you to play movie sha-mail files on the Windows PC:
