Those are the specs for a 503iS series phone; there are 503i series
phones (such as the F503i and the now discountinued P503i) that are much
lighter (both under 80 g) and thinner, albeit slightly taller (since
they don't fold). And any 503 series phone is bound to be bigger than
the Nokia because the screen is over twice the size!
But I'm not sure why you chose to compare the Java-enabled 503i series
to the Nokia when there are smaller and lighter non-Java phones
available. The F210i is 65 g, 125 x 40 x 15 mm (but again, the screen
is twice the size), and has 135 m talk time and 500 hour standby time.
So the Nokia and SonyEricsson exceed a comparable i-Mode phone only in
talk time and hight, and even the latter advantage goes away if you buy
a folding i-Mode phone such as the N210i (90 x 46 x 23 mm).
