Hi Ben,
Taking a sledge-hammer to it is the quickest way, otherwise you have
to delete the data one by one from the phone. Another way, may be to
go to a DoCoMo office and ask them to reset all the data. I'm not
sure if they can reset the iAppli stuff automatically, but they can
empty the phone book for you at least.
