(keitai-l) AU screen sizes

Does anyone have information about the screen sizes of the AU phones?  I'm
developing an EZ Plus MIDlet and want to know the smallest screen size
(width x height) of the EZ Plus compatible handsets so that my MIDlet will
fit on all the handset's displays.
