(keitai-l) "theft" - a clarification

In recent postings, I've said things like

 "Less philosophizing, more theft."

and

  "Steal, steal, simplify."

Not to belabor what should be obvious, but I meant
this in the sense of "use whatever, from open sources,
public domain sources, and from copyrighted sources
to the extent that use allows."  And NOT in the sense of
"taking information that's legally claimed by others, or
even of ambiguous ownership, or mixing open sources
under licenses thatdon't permit mixing."
