(keitai-l) Sound files on FOMA handsets

Hi there,

I am in the process of developing a site that will ideally have content for 
both iAppli and FOMA users.
I'd like to include a sound bite (spoken words) for the FOMA users but am 
uncertain as to what files types can
be used for this. Could anyone tell me what sound files can be used when 
creating content for FOMA handsets?
Any information about file types, compression etc. would be very much 
appreciated.
