Thank you for sending this, but it actually addresses a different issue to
the one raised in the post. I was concerned particularly with spam
telephone calls, in which a call is made but terminated immediately,
leaving the caller number on the keitai. When the called person calls back
(as one is inclined to do) the number is either a fee generating number or
selling a service.
