I just realized that the Zaurus PDAs from Sharp (and most likely the PDAs
from other makers as well) have keitai functionality through aditional
plug-in cards. See for instance

to phone and use the internet via an NTT DoCoMo PHS card (in Japanese with
pictures). So it is here already ...
