There's various software out there. You need to convert the midi
file into MFi format. (and make sure it plays properly on the N, a D503i
MFi file may not play right at all!.....)
I believe Keitai-Edi or Source Next's similar program will do it sort of. (They cost
money and I haven't tried it myself...). I used to use smdEd (a shareware program) but
it never worked with my N503 and the newer versions do not install on my Win 98 or
2000 box so I can't try them out, to see if I find it useful.
To get it to your "handy" either use a cable upload program like Keitai-edi.
OR
Put the mld file onto a web server and access it via i-mode.
(aka http://XXX.YYY.com/my_mld.mld ) or something similar.
If you need a company to handle all the conversions and touching up for you
and are willing to pay I'm available....if I have time. And will be able to make a very
good file. To do a proper conversion you really need a person trying it out and adjusting
it (sometimes).
Lastly, you can edit your midi file so it can be parsed by one of the many other
converters that are available out there, I believe from Yamaha on their SMAF site.
(but I'm not sure if it supports MFi or not, or even if its available).
I was thinking of starting my own service but it would be so much work and a program
does not work right every time with every file which means ALOT of dissatisfied users.
(not to mention hundreds of other issues).
