(keitai-l) NTT Gateway

Greetings,
    I would like to communicate with the NTT DoCOMo gateway regarding a
posting I made a while ago which was to set up an SSL connection between my
server and their gateway. Does anyone have an email address / URL /
point-of-contact, best suited who may assist on how I go about setting up an
SSL connection between my server and the NTT gateway? Better still (and I
may be pushing my luck here), has anyone developed a system where by the
users are able to make credit card submissions that are sent to their
server, where they are then processed (using any secure secure method)?
    I have looked at the SSL section of the NTTDoCoMo site, but it seems to
be more detailed on the process, as opposed to setting up that process!
