Things have been a little slow on the list so here is a story and a few
questions for some of you.
I had an interesting problem today.
I was doing some testing with a F503i phone and after a certain point (not
sure when)
I was no longer able to make network connections via either i-appli code or
using the microbrowser. When I clicked to go the i-menu it would show the
flashing bolt as if it was connecting, but then return back to the i-mode
options screen. Similar events would occur when inputting my own url to
connect to.
So I checked with another phone and it was working okay, which lead me to
the power down the troubled phone. A simple power off to on of the phone
solved the network problem. It has been a while since something like this
has happened. I think the other time I have experienced this was with a
N503i phone, but that was a many months ago so I am not certain which phone
was giving me the problem and I thought nothing of it.
The question is have any of you had similar problems and which phone caused
it?
Plus are you able to reproduce what causes the phone to go into this state?
The only special thing I did with the phone today was to make quite a bit of
SSL connections...
