We have built device-dependent wrapping using ASP (in JavaScript so a
port to PHP would be trivial). Wrapping that takes into account HTML
tags, emoji and the like is no simple task how ever - start powering up
your RegEx engines now.

ideally, you should wrap to the width of that phone's screen - which is
where Mika's class comes in handy. It looks ok then.
