Maybe a good thing here would be to define an intermediate format that's
both less verbose and easier to decode (while still offering some
human-readability) and provide SOAP gateway/translation on the server side.
"CLDC-SOAP"?
Or, calling a spade a spade, "PDC-SOAP"?
