It think it could only look cheaper if you couldn't read Japanese and you
guessed incorrectly what the "man" character meant.
If you read Japanese it reads correctly 30800yen in Tokyo and 22000 yen in
Osaka.
I think I may get my friends in Osaka to buy me my Foma phone in October
..., doooh! Osaka won't have Foma!
