NT and 2000 do not use AUTOEXEC
Look for "Environment variables" of current user or of System (all users) under the
"extended" tab of Properties of the "My Computer" icon on the Desktop
(or of the System icon in the Setup folder or sub-folder, where all the configuration icons
are)
