If you click on the ezplus link you will be taken to a page that has
info about their Java environment. Above the pdf icon there are a bunch of
links get them all, or if you just want the tool then click the right above
the icon.
I just played aroung with the tool and basically it does not do much new
except for generate the kjx file downloaded by the phones (basically the jad
and jar file combined into one) and include an api to compile against.
Nonetheless this is a necessary tool if you want to develop for KDDI's
phones.
