Hi Oliver,
AT&T has relatively ok-priced Internet access with worldwide POPs. See
www.attbusiness.net. I've got a Business account and that works fine for me
whereever I am. After dial-up you can access your laptop's Apache or
whatever for download via dynamically assigned IP.
