For the Keitai sector in Japan and also rest of world 
Our current rest of world barometer suggest S/M term outlook -3,
Long term is +1

SHORT/MEDIUM term outlook is  : -3 (v.low!)
LONG term outlook is          : +1 (moderately positive)

(on a scale of -5 to +5)

It seems that Japanese confidence is much higher than the rest of
the world (obviously). However, this has dropped since our last
survey. Any thoughts ?
