(keitai-l) Memory available for applications on phones

Hi,
Can somebody throw some light on what is the memory size available to the 
applications on the java phones and for appplications like games.
I heard Pokeman occupies 3K .
Are there any updates on what is going to be the memory size allocated to 
the  applications in future phones.
Any information will be highly appreciated.
