So I guess the question then is what steps does the vendor actually need
to take to bill a customer - I have heard that vendors who have a billing
relationship
with DoCoMo get a special keitai-unique ID number attached to each HTTP access
from imode customers. Does the vendor have to send that ID number and the
customer's
PIN number back to DoCoMo in some manner order to get credited?
Or does DoCoMo somehow snoop
on the whole transaction (maybe the pages where the user actually "makes
the purchase" are redirected through a DoCoMo's server site somehow) ?
