Simply have it check back with your site when invoked [could do this
asynchronously with a thread if you are concerned with startup time].

Right now you would have to try to collect fees and keep track of who has
paid, etc. Probably not practical (given that few users would want to pay
so incoveniently). Anyone have an idea of how many unofficial sites
successfully collect fees for their content?
