The information is not normally passed in the user agent field.
Use the following tags:
<FORM action="reqist.cgi" method=post utn>
or
<A href="URL" utn>
And the system returns
DoCoMo/1.0/X503i/c10/serNMAIA000001
The "ser" part is always shown and the number is an 11 digit unique terminal
identifier.
