After considerable reflection on my last post, I must apologize to Mr. Tim
Sheedy for the rudeness of the remark I made in response to his post.
I would like to briefly explain where my knee-jerk reaction came from.
Basically I read "i-mode ... completely confuse and disappoint all their
potential users" and felt this was sarcastic remark about i-mode's potential
in Europe, rather arbitrarily tying it to WAP's track record. But regardless
of how I misread Mr. Sheedy's statement, my response was, as I said, rude
and uncalled for. To Mr. Sheedy, I hope you can accept my sincere apology.
And sincere apologies to the list.
