Technical Issues are there.
Market Reasons here are:
- Nice to give more time to the 503i series which are popular = money
making.
- No need to rush when today's version of 3G = M-Stage Visual/Music on 64K
band is not findind overwhelming demand. (And on this DoCoMo is already
running a few hundred "monitors" = "friendly users")
