Sorry, I don't read Japanese, have I understood the graph correctly?

33,100 instead of 38,000 Katte sites
1,340 instead of 1,300 official sites

and what does 17,160,000 signify on the bar graph?

I have a feeling their figures for katte sites are probably 
a wee bit out of date at this point.
