In essence it is mainly supporting GIF, animated GIF and JPEG by the phone's
operating system (whether that is in the browser or). Second the MIME-type
itself should be recognised. That's basically it, the content itself is
pretty much handled the way current WBMP is handled.
Detail: Openwave (Phone.com) did the addition in the browser already.
Probably the main reason why EZWeb is supporting various formats.
