I dont know if the usage of non-official sites is representative of what
percentage of people are actually going to the non-official sites. I would
assume that someone who uses the non-official sites, uses more packets than
their official-site only counterparts. It depends on what your model places
value on, packets being transfered, pageviews, or number of unique users.
