Sure. Just get a java enabled 503i. Set up a i-appli website. Put
java-enabled streaming video on that website. Get a personal wireless cell
network that you can port around, and show the streaming video through the
java enabled phone. Technically, a little harder than this, but, this is
exactly what we are progressing to do.
