(keitai-l) 3G Voice Calls

Hi.  I've been reading this list for a few months now.  It is wonderful
reading.  I lived in Japan more many years and moved back to the US in
1999.

I have a question that may not be appropriate for the list, so please
let me know if that is the case...  How will NTT DoCoMo handle 3G voice
only calls?  It is my understanding that multimedia calls will use
H.324M.  Would voice only calls also use H.324M?
