The call should be free, but I think they charge you local access rates from
your mobile phone. My Easy Card, Pre-Pay slowly dwindled down to nothing,
from Y2500.-

Sure - you are 100% correct Arjen. Application for DoCoMo's overseas calls
is a box on the application form. Sure the phone has no straightforward
way of knowing that it's an credit card call/AT&T call etc if it's via
an ordinary access number.
