(keitai-l) clubdocomo - point card system?

I'm not sure what this has to do with owning a keitai, but I just received 
info from docomo on their new service ClubDoCoMo 
http://www.docomo-kansai.co.jp/members/index.html

It seems to be some sort of pre paid point card system that gives you a 
discount at airlines, hotels etc...

Probably just another offline revenue source / trial program.
