emoji can be written in either hex or decimal S-JIS code. i-mode HTML
handles both but email seems to only handle hex so if you want to write the
i-mode emoji "掠" you need to write the hex "$B‘V(B" instead. In Windows
you can enter hex emoji by entering the hex code
(http://www.nttdocomo.com/i/tag/emoji/index.html) in hiragana input mode
then pressing "F5".
