So have I, but international dialing is not enabled by default, and
getting it activated requires jumping through lots of hoops. *
Which probably explains why I've never seen an international tel: link.
And, again, the problems of being surprised by your phone making
voice calls when clicking links are exacerbated by the fact that
it could end up costing you Y500 per minute...
